Marketing Assistant & Online Team Lead – Sony

We are strengthening up our team in Denmark and therefore looking for a new resource located in Copenhagen. As a Marketing Assistant & Online Team Lead, you will be responsible for the assisting Brand Activation and working closely with the Brand Activation Head Nordics. You will work with different tasks related to the Brand Activation online and retail business. You will report to the Brand Activation Head and the Nordic Marcom Manager. The work requires a lot of multitasking and ad-hoc tasks such as administration, online marketing support, shopfront roll-outs, making templates and supporting different marketing activities on/off-line.

As Marketing Assistant & Online Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following;

• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/questionnaires
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Creating and customizing campaign banners, POS material visuals etc.
• Lead the Online Team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of InDesign, MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (Power BI, CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• High School diploma: BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
