Metsä Tissue came to us with the need of increasing both commitment and consumer expertise in the paper towel and tissue category. In retail, the category is neither inspiring nor easy to navigate and the product is often bought on routine with low commitment.
Our mission was to guide and inform consumers about different types of paper towels for different occasions, to increase inspiration and expertise in the category. We created the concept “Choose the right paper for the right occasion” and with inspiring units we informed the customers about the importance of choosing the right paper for specific occasions.
