The ATG Lobby

New needs emerged for the visitors at the Swedish horse race tracks when going from from analogue betting using cashier booths, to digital betting using phones. This also affected the tracks and, of course, ATG.

To boost ATG’s brand visibility, enhance the customer experience, and create a social hub we developed – The Lobby.

This central meeting place equipped with digital tools invites new and old customers into the community, guiding them into the trotting world, offers tutorials on how to bet, and fosters a sense of belonging.
