Sibylla asked Retail United to go through and update the present Brand Book. Our research showed that descriptions of vision, mission and primary target group were not aligned with Sibyllas factual reality, ever since expanding into a multinational company. Therefore we begun to redefine the content.
In close cooperation with Sibylla we developed and presented the new Brand Book. Retail United was also entrusted to anchor the new content with country managers across Europe.
